How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, enter the details and submit the registration information.

 

How do I shop?

You have to follow 4 simple steps to shop.

- First register for your account

- Browse and add all the products that you are interested

- Go to checkout page and make the payment

- Submit your order

We will dispatch your order in the defined time frame.

(Our Delivery days are Friday 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.)

How do I cancel my account?

If you are not an active shopper you can send us a mail to cancel your account any time.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you can go to login page and click on "forgot your password" link and give your email and click on submit. An automated mail will be sent to you with the auto generated password. Please reset it immediately after logging in

How do I find products that are on promotions?

We have dedicated menu on our website called "offers" under which you can find all the promotional products.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

If you place your order correctly, you will receive an automated mail within 5 min of your order with the confirmation.

I am not able to submit the order?

Please check you have filled all the necessary fields. If you miss anything you cannot submit the order.

If you face any more issues, please let us know we will fix the problem ASAP.

I am facing payment issue?

If you are facing any payment issue, please communicate us via mail or phone.

Can I change the delivery?

Of course, if you are a local customer you can call us and inform at least 8 hours in advance to rearrange your delivery in the next available slot to your area..

Can I have my order delivered to different address?

Yes you can. Please contact us and let us know, where you wish the order be delivered, if it is in our service area, we will try to process your request.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you are local customer we will arrange the delivery again in the next available slot, but that is subject to the delivery arrangements. If you miss the delivery again, we will not be responsible for the loss.

What is the difference between billing and shipping address?

Billing address is your card address that you are using to make the payment. Shipping address is the address where your order will be delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major debit, credit cards.Cash on delivery option is also available.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your cards. All communication on our website happens via SSL (256 bit Encryption) and we use Stripe for our payment processing, who are most trusted Payment gateway providers in UK. You can visit http://www.stripe.com to find more details.

Do you have delivery charges?

We offer free deliveries on orders over £10.00, We currently offer the services in Birmingham and Solihull surroundings only. We are working on offering services to other areas as well.
